MAIN VERSES
1 I charge [thee] therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
2 Timothy 4:1-5
1 그러므로 내가 [하나님] 앞과 [주] 예수 그리스도 앞에서 곧 친히 나타나실 때에 자신의 왕국에서 산 자와 죽은 자를 심판하실 분 앞에서 네게 명하노니
2 말씀을 선포하라. 때에 맞든지 맞지 아니하든지 긴급히 하라. 모든 오래 참음과 교리로 책망하고 꾸짖고 권면하라.
3 때가 이르리니 그들이 건전한 교리를 견디지 못하며 귀가 가려워 자기 욕심대로 자기를 위해 선생들을 쌓아 두고
4 또 진리로부터 귀를 돌이켜 꾸며 낸 이야기들로 돌아서리라.
5 그러나 너는 모든 일에서 깨어 있고 고난을 견디며 복음 전도자의 일을 행하고 네 사역을 온전히 입증하라.
