1 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?

3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?

1 그때에 거기 있던 몇 사람이 빌라도가 어떤 갈릴리 사람들의 피를 그들의 희생물에 섞은 것을 그분께 고하매

2 예수님께서 그들에게 응답하여 이르시되, 너희는 이 갈릴리 사람들이 그런 일들로 고난을 당하였으므로 모든 갈릴리 사람들보다 더 큰 죄인들이었다고 생각하느냐?

3 내가 너희에게 이르노니 아니라. 그러나 너희가 회개하지 아니하면 다 그와 같이 멸망하리라.

4 또 너희는 실로암에서 망대가 무너져 깔려 죽은 저 열여덟 사람이 예루살렘에 거한 모든 사람들보다 더 큰 죄인들이었다고 생각하느냐?

5 내가 너희에게 이르노니 아니라. 그러나 너희가 회개하지 아니하면 다 그와 같이 멸망하리라, 하시니라.
