Genesis Chapter 46 – Jacob Comes to Egypt

1. I am Joseph. 
나는 요셉입니다.

• Remember me, Joseph – your brother whom you sold into Egypt?
  저, 요셉입니다 — 당신들이 이집트에 판 동생
  1. The dreamer.  꿈꾸는 자.
  2. The one you threw into a pit.  당신들이 구덩이에 던진 사람
  3. The one you then sold to the Ishmeelites (then the Midianites).
     당신들이 이스마엘(당시 미디안) 사람들에게 판 사람

2. God sent me before you. 
하나님께서 당신들에 앞서 저를 보내셨습니다.

• You did wrong.   당신들은 잘못을 저질렀습니다.
• However; God had a reason for this; to preserve our family.
  하지만, 하나님께서 이렇게 하신 것은 우리 가족을 보존하려는 이유 때문이었습니다.

3. Tell my father Israel that I am alive.
아버지 이스라엘에게 제가 살아있다고 말하십시오.

• When you do that; He’ll know that you have been lying for 21+ years.
  당신들이 그 말을 할 때; 아버지는 당신들이 21년 이상이나 거짓말을 해 왔음을 알게 될 것입니다.
  • You’ll have to work that out with your father.
    당신들은 아버지와 함께 일해야 할 것입니다.
    • Sometimes God let’s work out the problems that we have caused. 때로 하나님께서는 우리가 일으킨 문제들을 해결하도록 하십니다.
• Tell Pharaoh that you are shepherds. 
  당신들은 목자라고 파라오에게 말하십시오.
  • Egyptians abhor shepherds.  
    이집트인들은 목자를 아주 싫어합니다.
