1 In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
2 For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
3 Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.

1 그동안에 무수한 사람들의 무리가 함께 모여 서로 밟힐 만큼 되었는데 그때에 그분께서 무엇보다 먼저 이것을 자기 제자들에게 말씀하기 시작하여 이르시되, 너희는 바리새인들의 누룩 곧 위선을 조심하라.
2 덮어 둔 것 중에 드러나지 아니할 것이 없고 숨겨 둔 것 중에 알려지지 아니할 것이 없나니
3 그러므로 무엇이든지 너희가 어둠 속에서 말한 것이 빛 가운데서 들리고 너희가 골방에서 귀에 대고 말한 것이 지붕 위에서 공포되리라.
