Sermon: The distortion and corruption of the Gospel (Luke 9:24-26)

24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?
26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and [in his] Father’s, and of the holy angels.

24 누구든지 자기 생명을 구원하려 하는 자는 그것을 잃되 누구든지 나로 인해 자기 생명을 잃으려 하는 자 곧 그는 그것을 구원하리라.
25 사람이 만일 온 세상을 얻고도 자기를 잃거나 버림을 받으면 그에게 무슨 이득이 있느냐?
26 누구든지 나와 내 말들을 부끄러워하면 사람의 [아들]도 자기의 영광과 자기 [아버지]의 영광과 거룩한 천사들의 영광 중에 올 때에 그를 부끄러워하리라.
